"The Herd" by Emily Edwards

This book about two friends' different approaches to vaccinations for their children was almost unputdownable. I found it sweet, funny, very sad, terrifying, entirely plausible and thoughtful. There are some chapters which introduce different characters' experiences and perspective. I found these slightly confusing as there's nothing to signpost that its a one off random character appearing. It did broaden the theme a bit but I felt they interrupted the story more than anything. 4 stars out of 5. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/58696120-the-herd
