"The End of the Ocean" by Maja Lunde

The cover of the book had a quote from the Daily Mail "Important" which immediately put me off it. This book makes a really valid argument for being more environmentally conscious and respectful. Unfortunately it tells two stories simultaneously switching between each every chapter. I struggled to really engage with any of the characters perhaps as a consequence. I'd hoped to really like this book but I just felt disappointed at the end. 2.5 stars out of 5 stars.
