"Old Filth" by Jane Gardam

I like Jane Gardam's writing. She creates plausible figures which i think enable us to reflect more on individuals in our own lives. I enjoyed this book because of its connection with Asia. The central character felt like an older relation whose life I was learning more about as the story went on.
